Very similar to the Gibson 355 but with no F-holes. It's got dual humbuckers, gold hardware and custom switching. PLUS stereo and mono 1/4 inch jacks!

Sounds: [10]
It's the 6 position Varitone that really sets this guitar apart in the sound department. You really won't find such sound variations on many guitars.

If you love blues - this is THE sound!

It sounds even better with a big set of 12s on it.

Of course, you need a good tube amp to play this beast through.

Action, Fit & Finish: [9]
Action was pretty good straight from the factory but, like all my guitars, I gave it full set up. The finish is fantastic and really does exude quality.

Reliability & Durability: [8]
Had it for quite a while and no problems yet. It's built like a tank and doesn't feel as fragile as some semi acoustics.

Overall Rating: [9]
This is definately a guitar I want to keep in my arsenal and would be heartbroken if something happened to it.

It does take a while to get used to the Varitone settings but once you do you'll find you have a pretty versatile guitar.
