It came with a gig bag but I bought a case because it just feels so much safer.

This is a mexican made reissue of a classic 70s strat

Sounds: [9]
Sounds just like a Strat should. Strats are so versatile and I tend you use mine for blues / rock but it'll cope with loads of styles

The sound is pretty good but the PUPs aren't quite up to my USA made Strat but there is quite a price difference. I use this mainly to play in the usual dives that we play in and save my USA strat for home and recording.

Action, Fit & Finish: [8]
It came quite well set up - there was a slight buzz but I got rid of that with a slight raise of the action. The finish is prett good except a couple of frets that could have been dressed a little better.

Reliability & Durability: [10]
It's a solid body Fender - that always spells durability. I'm sure if you dropped it that there would be no problems - you could pick it up and it would probably still be in tune too.

Overall Rating: [9]
This guitar is a great performer for the money - if you want a good workhorse then this is it. You just gotta love that large headstock too.
