PricePaid: 420 GBP (New) Purchased From: N/A Model Year: 1998 Features / Ease of Use: [8] The GT-5 is an all in one industry standard ( at the time ) effects unit it has all the FX you could ever need and a few you could do without you get 250 pre programmed patches and a 150 user programmable. using the pre programmed stuff is easy but if you want to create your own sounds i find the unit insanely complicated and the instructions do not help its handy having all the FX in one box but far too complicated Sound: [8] the effects quality is top notch replicating sounds can be hit or miss more modern units can have patches downloaded via the internet... brilliant Reliability & Durability: [6] its a tough metal cased unit with plastic pedals witch i dont like Overall Rating: [6] you can get these for a good price 2nd hand on ebay however i would buy something else if it got stolen possibly its successsor the GT-6
