PricePaid: 550 USD (New) Purchased From: N/A Model Year: 2004 Features: [7] 100 watt combo with 15" speaker. 4 band EQ (bass, low-mid, high-mid, treble) with ultra mid control. Retro styled tolex covering. Sound: [9] I play my modern USA Precision bass through it and the sound is great - warm and mellow but clear. With the R&B and blues my band play the amp definately produces an unbeatable tone. Reliability & Durability: [9] I gig with it and practice all the time - never had a problem. I've owned it for 2 years. I have friends that have had Ampeg amps that they use regularly for years and years with no problems at all. Overall Rating: [8] I was going to get a bigger amp for larger gigs but I just couldn't find anything that matched the tone of this. I just have to make sure I run it through the PA too. Overall I am pleased with this Ampeg.
